1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express an interest in our products or Services, participate in activities, or contact us.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined, unless otherwise required by law.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes set out here (and no longer than three (3) months past account termination unless required by law). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it if deletion isn’t possible (e.g., backup archives).

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no transmission or storage can be 100% secure. Transmission to/from our Services is at your own risk; please only access within a secure environment.

We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, enforce legal terms, or comply with legal requirements.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile apps include a Do‑Not‑Track (“DNT”) setting to signal you do not want your online activities monitored. At this stage, no uniform standard for DNT has been finalized, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard emerges, we will update this notice.
