Welcome to OpenSet (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at www.openset.app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
a. All users must consent to these Terms to register.
b. Players must be at least 13 years old or have verified parental consent to
complete membership.
c. Managers require no age restriction beyond consent.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. We may change fees or billing methods with 30 days’ notice.
Team Managers may create and post team details and schedules (“User Content”).
Players may not post User Content.
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant OpenSet a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.
You agree not to post or transmit any content that:
All website content—text, graphics, logos, and code—is owned by OpenSet or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time for violation of these Terms or any illegal conduct, without notice. On termination, your rights to use the Service immediately cease.
Players must be ≥13 or have parental consent to register.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenSet and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of Quebec.
We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised “Effective” date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via email or on our site.
